What is a QR loyalty programme?
A QR loyalty programme is the digital version of the paper stamp card. Your guest scans the QR code on the table and a loyalty card opens on their phone. Stamps, points or cashback land on this card at every visit. There is no app to download, and the card is added to Apple Wallet.
How do I set up a QR loyalty programme for my café?

Do your guests have to download an app?
No. The loyalty card opens on the phone as a web card and is added to Apple Wallet with one tap. You reach your guests through more than 5 channels, including push notifications, WhatsApp and email. All of it works without an app and starts in 20 seconds.
Do I need to change my current POS or till?
No, you do not need to change your current till or POS. Sadakio is set up on top of the systems you already use. It has ready integrations with popular POS systems such as Adisyo. The only extra step at the till is scanning your guest’s QR code.
