Delivery orders are part of the Menü Pro module. You connect on the day you turn Menü Pro on.
Trendyol Go · Uber Eats
You connect with your Seller ID, API Key and API Secret. Trendyol, Trendyol Go and Uber Eats orders all arrive through one connection.
Orders in your analytics
Every delivered order is added to your revenue and best sellers report. You see it next to your till sales.
On the orders screen
Trendyol Go orders appear on the Orders screen. Accepting the order and the delivery process stay on the platform's own screen.
Webhook for other channels
If you have a system that forwards orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir or another channel, the orders sent to your webhook address land in the same queue.
Price difference per channel
You set a percentage price difference for each channel. If a webhook order contains an item from your menu, its price is calculated with that difference.
Guest data is not stored
Guest names, phone numbers and addresses are not saved. Your keys are checked before they are saved and are stored encrypted.
How do you connect delivery orders?
Add Menü Pro
Add the Menü Pro module to your account. The delivery channels page opens in the panel.
Enter your keys
Paste the Seller ID, API Key and API Secret from your Trendyol Go seller panel and connect.
Let the orders come in
Orders are brought into your panel every few minutes. Nothing changes on the Trendyol side.
Today the connection is read only. Your menu and prices are not sent to the platforms, and you accept orders on the platform's own screen.

Which delivery platforms can I connect?

When you connect your Trendyol Go seller account, Trendyol, Trendyol Go and Uber Eats orders come into your panel. If you have a system that forwards orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir or another channel to your webhook address, those orders land in the same queue too.
How much is Menü Pro?

Menü Pro is an optional module at ₺690 a month. Your loyalty programme works fully without it, and you add it when you need it.
Where do I find my Trendyol Go keys?

In your Trendyol Go seller web panel, the Seller ID, API Key and API Secret are under “Hesap Bilgilerim → Entegrasyon Bilgileri” (Account details, Integration details). If you cannot see this section, you can ask Trendyol Go support for it.
Are guests' names, phone numbers and addresses stored?

No. The items and the amount of each order are added to your analytics. Guest names, phone numbers and addresses are not saved. Your keys are stored encrypted.
Can delivery orders earn rewards on the loyalty card?

Only if you want them to. This setting is off by default. If you turn it on, the guest earns a reward when the phone number on a delivered order matches a guest who has a card. Unrecognised numbers are not saved and receive no messages. Before turning it on, check that your Trendyol Go contract allows it.
